Description

I want to make a specialist youporn style site.
This will be focused on a particular area of the industry.
I will need graphic design, consultation and loading to server.

There may be an ongoing role here too. Budget is low for this.

May also lead to work in terms of a TGP site and a forum afterwards.

It may be best to customise off the shelf code - you tell me.
