Description

OSCommerce admin user shall be able to upload a CSV file via an admin page and data will get posted automatically into stores database.

Deliverables include:

1. create php page in admin side that allows upload of a zip file via browse button that allows the user to browse the local file structure or type in the path and file name in a editable file
2. below a selection list shall show description of tax_class_ids (table: tax_class – show all tax_class_title:tax_class_combination)
3. below a selection list shall show description of tax_zone_ids (table: geo_zones – show all geo_zone_name:geo_zone_description)
4. below a upload button shall be shown that triggers the actual upload.

file format is as follows

EFF_END Datetime YYYY-MM-DD 23:59:59 Rate expiration date

once file is uploaded, unzip and parse file into table: tax-rates as follows
Tax_rates_id <unique ID>
Tax_zone_id <geo_zone_id> based on user selection in selection list
Tax_class_id <tax_class_id> based on user selection in selection list
Tax_priority “0”
Tax_rate <LOCAL field>
Tax-description “^”<ZIP>”-“<PLUS4>”^county tax” (e.g. ^98123-1234^county tax
Last_modified <update with time when updated>
Date_added <add when created>
Overwrite existing tax_rate_ids based on “^”<ZIP>”-“<PLUS4>”^ in tax description field
5. upon import show status message with number of rows in uploaded file and number of rows successfully imported
6. in case of error state error condition as part of status message.
7. delete uploaded file after import
