i have two oscommerce sites with the same error

Warning: mysql_connect(): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/usr/local/mysql-5.0/data/mysql.sock' (2) in /home/content/a/r/t/arti86/html/osCommerce2/includes/functions/database.php on line 19
Unable to connect to database server!

i need receated admin user account for both and upload my two mysql user databases. these sites are hosted on godaddy.com

for quicker service i can pay directly by paypal.. this is needed ASAP as my business depends on it. i am ready for someone now!!!!
