Description

I need a site that would allow people to submit short pieces of text, plus some additional features. Details:

Front end:

users must be able to submit a short piece of text, enter name of submitter in a separate field, select country, in a separate field allow to upload a picture, which would be shown below the text. A separate field, of the same size, for explanations on the text. (by author).

Example of use: hokku (japanese poetry) site. the picture would be used to upload scanned calligraphy, and needs to be just below the submitted text, and be automatically resized to fit always the same size.

When it is submitted, it appears instantly (no moderation).

All submitted entries create a new webpage (url contains the first 7 words of the submitted text), if there happens to be a same text in a different entry, a number will be added to the url
(www.domain.com/one-day-I-woke-up-very-happy, www.domain.com/one-day-I-woke-up-very-happy-1, etc)

Home page shows all submitted entries one by one, 20 on the home page, with See Next 20 sign, then each following page has 20 entries appearing in chronological order (like a blog, most recent submissions first).

There must be a link to submit (reader) comments about each entry; each comment needs to have a field for author's name and country, just like the main entry itself.

When a comment is submitted, it appears immediately below the main entry.

Back end - need to be able to edit everything (entries and comments); need to be able to submit entries (with names and countries, as well, basically imitating real front-end entries).

There should also be a "search by country" page, with all countries that have an entry, listed (with the number of entries in brackets after the name of the country), ex. Japan (170). Clicking on a country shows relevant entries in groups of 20 per page.

Admin must be password protected. No registration is necessary to submit entries.

No design is needed, as the site will be kept for internal use for a while. So, just simple black-and-white, functional pages for easy data entry, no gimmicks.
