First of all this project is going to take a little time to for you to win.

I need to weed out the unreliable time wasters - if you are looking for the quick-buck, find a different project.

We have just accepted several major clients and need reliable team members to win even more. We have decided to create a base team of 4 developers. Those 4 will become owners and shareholders in our organization.

Altho we are hiring 8 developers altogether, four of those considered will be given an ownership position.

With an average net income from projects at roughly $2,000 to start and $200 a month - owners share of that profit will be $300 plus $30 a month for the term of that client's contract.

This is for every project we get - not just projects you work on personally.

PLUS : A share of the CURRENT profits of our organization (read below for more info)

If you want to work with a great team on some fun and interesting projects - are a reliable developer -- WE WANT YOU on our team!

You will earn about $200 per week to start
Within 3 weeks (our probation period to get to know you and the way you work) you will earn as much $500 per week.

You will be required to start your work-day (whatever the hours you choose) updating and interacting with our online project manager.

After each task is complete, you are required to update the task and choose your next.

Other than that - you work independently and complete various development tasks while staying in constant contact with the online project manager.

You will be paid every Thursday - for the probation period, you will be paid through GAF to ensure no violation of GAF payment terms are broken. After that payment can be sent in any form you choose.

SHARE IN OUR ORGANIZATION SUCCESS ::

Our current client base of 175 earns our organization $8,000 - there will soon be 4 new owners -so your share of the organization is ALREADY at $1200 per month.

That's right - when we hire you for the Group of Four, you will start receiving commissions from OUR current client-base.

That explains why it will take a commitment from you to get this job. It's more than a job - it's partnering with other developers to build an even bigger client base and personal income.

I don't care of you have no reviews... are new here, or new to online freelancing. All I care about is that you have the skills, are reliable and can commit to taking care of our clients professionally and ensure our online project manager is up to date.
