Description

The project will be a job-board like monster or stepstone.

Users of the site are:
- Recruiters: must be able to post job requests and watch candidates' CV and contact them.
- Job seekers: Must be able to review job requests, apply for a job, create a CV (by completing forms about studies, experiences, skills, ..) and post a Word CV, submit preferences in order to be notified of new interesting jobs posted by companies.
- Guests: Must be able to review job requests.
- BOT: a scheduled job which will send email to seekers according to their preferences.
- Administrator: should be able to allow or deny recruiters to post job requests.

Both recruiters and Job seekers should be able to access to a personal message board to contact and be contacted each other (similar to PM messages of forums).

Use of Smarty and AdoDb or other similar libraries is welcome.

Full requirements will be provided best bids in order to discuss better about the project.
