You Tube Bots, for Increasing Video Hits and Ratings on My Youtube Videos.

I'm just guessing about the Programming Languages needed for this Project.

.NET, C/C++, Java, Visual Basic???

I need a program written for me that will Increase the Video Views and Ratings on my 100's of Youtube Videos. Using Proxy IP's inside the Software.

I have Hundreds of Youtube Videos so I will need to keep my Video URL's in a Database.

The program should access the Video Database, and Randomly go to a Video and Increase the Hits.

I want everything RANDOM!!!

Randomly I need the program to Increase the RATING of the Video.
Randomly choose a Video to Rate and rate it either "4" or a "5"

Example:
I want the program to randomly increase the popularity so it WILL Increase the Hits on EVERY Video, BUT only rate 5 out of 10 videos with a rating of either "4" or "5". The more random it is the Better!

I am NOT a Programmer so I do not know the best way to accomplish the task.

I have used one Commercial Program that used .NET to increase youtube video views. The MAIN Problem with this software is that it will only work on 1 video at a time. THIS IS A PROBLEM FOR ME!!!!!!

I will need 2 databases I think?
One for the Video URL's
One for 100+ Proxy Server IP's

I NEED AN ACCOMPLISHED PROGRAMMER THAT IS FAST AT HIS OR HER WORK, AND CAN SUPPLY A WORKING PROGRAM, AND BE ABLE TO DEMO THE PROGRAM TO ME.

If you have built a Youtube (You Tube) Bot before that would be a HUGE Plus!!!

I am trying to decide if it is Better to Have a Windows based program or a Server Based Program to accomplish the Video Hits Increase.

I will leave it up to YOU Programmers to TELL me which is best for "HEAVY DUTY" non-stop 24/7/365 use. Because, I know that running this Program could become straining on a Windows PC, and may be better to create a program that will run off of a Normal Cpanel Hosting Account from ( www.resellerzoom.com )

Please, ONLY Bid on this Project IF YOU have had Previous Experience in Building BOTS!!!!

Or, IF You "KNOW" what you are talking about and can Build this Software Fast and WITHIN Your Budget............NO EXCUSES!
