Hi everyone My name is Jack and i come from Hong Kong

The reason why i would start the chinese tea shop is because my cousin is wholeseller of chinese tea in china and he promised that he will give me the best offer.

So here now I am looking for someone who is real professional for website desgin

Actually I'm a noob for web design but i know how to judge a webpage design..

I will provide as many informations as i can

Here is some of the concepts of the website

1.Because the shop is selling chinese tea, i would like to have mutil language(simplife chinese,traditional chinese,English,Japanese..etc)

2.Need to create trading logo

Here is my requirements, please note that the requirements would be add a few more tasks, and it's a very brief explanation but I hope that will give you more ideas of my goals.

So there are about 6 contents.
About us - very simple just type some information of the company

Information of Chinese tea
classification into different teas, like green,black,red..etc.
function of the teas
history of the teas
academic articles/or anything that support drinking Chinese makes healthy life is needed
Shopping chart
Which consist pictures, place of origin, year of harvest, aroma, taste and colours of the teas
Buying pattern will be selections of tea, weight of tea (50g100g150g200g..etc), delivery method and price
Support all the payment method

Term of use
just some common things like shipping and return policy

Special order
for wholesale purpose or teas that do not sell in my web

Here are some hints
the color use will be green, white and yellow
flash for opening with the logo then language choose, also alternative a link directly to homepage just in case for the customers do not have flash installed.
News, and top selling items
Create code for Multilanguage and difference of currency for shopping chart.
I will provide all my product's photo that I'm trying to sell and you will need to use photoshop to make it looks better
My website are both informational and e-commercial, therefore all the information there has to be professional to support my selling.
Logo contains dragon
I need a good database management so that I can send samples to the registered customers for free. Since sending sample is costly, for the beginning I will open registration for promotion and later on I might charge for the registration. Also registered customers can only get the same sample once and with 2 new samples every month
Make sure that the web can not be clone by the others (I know its hard but try to reduce this matter)
Web need to be search engine friendly
Last thing - payment method - I will not pay the money all in once, maybe pay thru progression, for instance % for amount of money. The reason of doing that is because I've been fool by other designer before. So from now on I only trust on the workload.
To finalize there are 4 main points:
Simple - easy to access
Professional - confidence to shop
Informational - spreading positive Chinese tea drinking habit
Beauty - I believe web design also is an art product, I strongly demanded that the web will be masterpiece!!
