Hello guys,

I would like to get a full functionable clone of tickeroo.de
Its a page like telebid.com or tencents.de but with the function that someone will win who sends the Xth Ticket.
The tickets must be purchased (banktransfer,paypal,telephone..) and then you can set it.

The page should be configurable via an admin-panel.

Maybe someone has done this before and know the exactly complexity of this webproject.

I'm a student, So I can offer upto 250-300$ for a full working project.
