Here is a link to the zipped fla file.. we need the actionscript to play once per user session.. so when users browse to other pages.. or refresh the same page, it will only display the last frame (or any frame with the replay button) http://www.hoosierwebdesigners.com/flash/banner.zip Please only offer if you can provide a price quote ahead of time as this will save both of us time communicating back and forth

To recap..
We want the header flash to play once per visit.. using a "cookie"/actionscript

We have tried other solutions offered, but can not get the reload to show the last frame.. its always another frame close to the beginning
