Description

I would like to create a webiste similar to Craigslist, however for a specific audience. I have very little experience with creating a website, I have the website up, however its incomplete...hit a dead end. I am looking for someone with enough experience to create an area where registered users can post items (like craigslist), also add a forum (dont care if its internal or external). Once its up and running and traffic starts going our way I will be looking for someone to help me upkeep it as well...but thats at a later time. I am an individual and cannot spend thousands to get this website up and running, if you beilieve you have the ability to create what I have described...put in a bid. Thank you.
