Description

Need a social networking website similar to www.bragster.com .

Please review the site and provide your Cost and time estimates. We prefer .Net with MySQL development but you can recommend your ideas such as ruby on rails, php/mysql etc. Basically the site should be able to handle millions of users in future.

You cost estimate will include 6 month support + minor updates. IF you cannot do that within budget then please do not bid.

Please reply ASAP, need the site up within next 25-30 days. Phase 2 of the website will be within 3-6 months after the first lauch and will be awarded to same company if job is well done.

Budget is on the tight end.
