so i have a website: www.downtown92101condos.com

this is a real estate site which the site used to go to an ftp file and download files of all the property info into mysql and then displays them on my website as you see there.

we are not going to be using the ftp files anymore. instead it will be going through a rets connector that displays xml; shown below. the rets connector is a desktop programm that will retreave the xml data that you will need to put into the mysql database.

i want someone to program the site through this rets connector and have it display exactly what you see on the site currently.

and you click on the property details beside any of the properties listed below.

username: michael at buyorsellsandiego.com
password: mike

it then displays all the property details. i need this to be working properly on my site.

you must be experienced in xml!!

displayed here: www.downtown92101condos.com

on sdlookup.com, they have icons that represent when a new property is listed, when a price change has occured. this is automative. i would like my site to be able to have this function as well.
