I am looking to create a website similar to that of www.standardlegal.com or www.legalzoom.com

This goals that I am interested in achieving with this website are as follows:

1. Provide general legal information about various legal topics (wills, trusts, divorce) as well as provide information about products and services offered by our company.

2. Provide a shopping cart where clients have the ability to purchase legal forms and other related legal books or products and services, utilizing Paypal Account.

3. Provide related legal books and products via Amazon account.

4. Provide referrals to various attorney's / law firms / various other paralegals or document preparation specialists and government agencies listings.

I am looking to have the following tasks complete initially.

1. Installation of web template onto website
I have website template that I have purchased, but I will need modifications to the pictures, plus language will need to be added to the site as well. Website domain name and hosting has already been obtained.

2. Shopping Cart Installation
I would like to have a similar themed template applied for continuity, incorporating online payments with Paypal account.

Note to bidders:
This will be an ongoing project and I am interested in having further additions and enhancements made for this site. After this phase is completed, I will be contacting other vendors for services and products to be added and incorporated to this site, and I believe that future enhancements will be necessary. It is my hope that a continued business relation may be made for further and future modifications with the same company.

Bidders should have the ability to perform the following tasks:
Website Design, Graphic Design, Logo Design, Website Security, Flash, PHP, Javascript, Script Installation, SEO, Link Building, Web Promotion - Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat would be a plus

I am requesting that correspondence be as generic as possible.
