I have a social networking site www.njgymrat.com that needs some maintenance.

Homepage
Make the text look more professional
Change “Schedule workouts and invite members to participate” to "schedule workouts with other members" add "build a workout"

Signup:
Move Fitness under the field. Add “Can’t Find your Fitness center?” link which will be a link to an email address.

Under age add: must be 18 or over to join.

Log In:
Delete “register”

Edit Profile: make “about me” field a lot bigger.

workout info: make field bigger for: diet, supplements, goals, fitness records

Create Recipe: make fields bigger for "ingrediants, instructions"

Edit my workout schedule: clone of workout schedule from: http://www.webworkoutlog.com/index.php?fuseaction=home.start

Create Training Blog - add page: make workout log, thoughts about workout, pre-workout, post workout fields a lot bigger

Post Product Review: brand, pros, cons, fields bigger

Manange calorie journal: clone food journal from www.fitday.com

My Profile:
Add space between the wall and the “my albums, workouts, etc.”


Communication and accessibility is the key here. Also, advice on making the website look nicer would also be appreciated.
