Description

I developed two commercial excel spreadsheets with VBA in Excel 97 in 2003. I want to extend the product life of these two spreadsheets.

Tasks include:

1. testing spreadsheets (2 crippled samples and three fully working versions) in Excel 2002, 2003 and 2007

2. updating/enhancing VBA code for improved efficiency and reliability

3. fixing know bugs and issues (see below)

KNOWN BUGS AND ISSUES

Project Master - Regular Version and UK Version
On Schedule sheet with data filtered, inserting a new task deletes current task selected.

ProjectMasterSample and ProjectMasterUKSample
With Win2000 and Excel 2000 - closing workbook on most sheets generates Program Error. Commenting out Iterations = False fixes problem.

Project Master - Regular Version (customer in Spain)
With Office 2003 and Win XP Service Pack 2, VB runtime error 9 on opening workbook.

Training Tracker Template and Training Tracker Sample
If user leaves empty cell in list on List sheet, Records sheet accepts any value in respective field, rendering data validation for that field impotent.

User can select a data column on Records sheet and delete contents, including field label (column heading). This creates blank Pivot Tables and Charts.

For some users, pivot tables become corrupted or become inactive data. This may be due to Excel and not VBA code.

In Excel 2003, Excel reports errors on opening workbook.
