Grade 1 = Idiot
Grade 10 = Expert
You must be a Grade 8 coder, or better.

You must read and write English fluently.

You must know your way around at least two .NET CMS/Ecom solutions.

You will not work with porn, SPAM, gambling, body-part enlargement or pharmacy projects.

No Escrow payments.

No brokers.
No agents.
No managers.
We only work direct with our vendors.

You start at $12 hour. You track your time and update it every 30 minutes.

We retain your first 36hrs of work until you have been with us for 3 months. At your 3 month anniversary, your 36hrs is returned to you at your current/higher hourly rate. Yes, we give monthly reviews and raises.
