Description

Hello,
we need a reservation system focused on pizza shops online order and based on our site draft that you can find on www.pizzaemandolino.com.
The grafic must be closer that, but, instead of using flash we'd like a php/ajax web 2.0 application.
The functionalities requested for the frontend are:
1) user registration
2) pizza reservation
3) faq
The functionalities requested for the backend are ( administrator ):
1) user management
2) customer management ( pizza shops )
The functionalities requested for the backend are ( for pizza shop ):
1) user blacklist
2) shop open/close switch ( no orders when closed ) and based on time.
3) order acknowledge/refused ( due on time restriction ).

All data must be stored on mysql server and you must provide the db script along with a document with all the table explained ( and their relations ).
We require also the code heavly commented in english language.

In order to win this project you must:
a) provide a technical brief on how/when you plan to accomplish this project ( GANTT plese ...! )
b) provide STRONG references about similar and/or complex webapps
c) provide a working demo in few days ( please state how much days you need ).
d) sing our NDA.
Please keep in mind that we have more other project so these are, for us, really important project that will help us to select our future providers.
