Looking for someone who can help me make a handful of changes to an existing PHP site.

Changes include:

1. Add a static page where users can view different banners to promote the site, each with copyable html code (which I will provide).

2. Add TITLE and META tags to all pages (site is not that large).

3. Change text color to black throughout site (right now it's gray and not as clear as it could be).

4. Site is already CMS capable for the Admin. Need to add an additional section, where Admin can upload files and have them linked to on a new page in the main site.

5. Create an email confirmation page (right now, when you send an email on the site, the page just reloads with red text at the top that confirms the message was sent)

6. Add Alphabetical Index to the bottom of search result page, allowing users to browse all accounts.

7. Fix 2 glitches -- Both are pretty small -- first has to do with what happens when no records are found using the search function -- second has to do with an error that occurs if you hit the enter button on a specific page.

8. Enable the CC Processing (currently working in a test mode).

Again, I feel like these changes are very reasonable and easy to knock out, so please don't bother if your bid is $250.
