Description

We would like to establish an ongoing relationship with a coder accustom to building integrated tools with DotNetNuke. They do not have to be plug-ins, but must be able to authenticate via the community database on one side of the application.

The first project is as follows:

1) DotNetNuke Members can fill out a profile that is editable and has a variety of fields, as well as an image upload. They can also do certifications that, once passed, show up on their profile.

2) The profile is searchable and sortable from a public website.

3) General public can request a project (Much like the getafreelancer site) and DotNetNuke members can bid on the projects, including upload a pdf resume or proposal. Project poster can also upload a PDF of the project.

4) Project poster can accept or cancel project at any time and rate (with testimonail) the worker.

We will not have escrow or payments integrated initially. Might be something for later.

The profile and the project will have more fields than the freelance site because it is specialized kinds of projects and services. We will provide these in advance. May include some dhtml to open different activity tabs that will ask certain questions about the project.

We will provide design template. Can be built on MySql or SQL Server and can be asp or .net.

The person we chose must show some examples of work and have good english skills. We have coding background and should be able to give clear instructions, but will expect to get what we ask for (and you agree to)

Budget can be above $250, but we would like to start small (maybe a portion of this project) to test skills.
