What I need done:

This is going to be a membership website that allows a user to login and do free keyword research. This tool will require a nominal fee to be paid in order to access it for the year. They will also be given an extended paid option as well...this option will leverage the Wordtracker and Keyword discovery keyword research tools search results for a cost per search. So if someone bought 10.00 in premium searches, they could then do lets say 50 (or whatever I decide) number of Wordtracker and Keyword Discovery searches.

I would like all Premium Credits to be added through Paypal...these credits must also be adjustable in price (for the admin) so I can change it if the prices happen to change...

When they login I need the following tool built to be used by members...

I need a Keyword Research Tool built from scratch that gathers keywords from :

1. Google Suggest
2. Wordtracker Direct
3. Ask
4. Ask Suggest
5. Yahoo Related Suggestion
6. Keyword Discovery
6. Any other available resources on the web

The user must first check which keyword tools they would like to query...if they have 0.00 in funds available then they wont be able to use the Keyword Discovery or Wordtracker premium tools. The Wordtracker Free should be selectable always. The user is then to input a general keyword, and through various API calls, and wordtracker premium and/or free they are to be presented with a list of keywords that are relevant to what they typed in, I would also prefer if an estimate of searches for each term was given. SeoBook.com is a good reference as well. The SEO book tool is a good reference in that I would like much of the same data included.

A user should be able to export the keyword list in the following formats...

1. CSV
2. Plain Text

I will be adding many more features after the initial launch so I need to programmer to be aware that this tool should be scalable as well. I would like to see an append to keyword tool, or perhaps even the ability to save their searches for later use. The save feature should be automatic if possible.


Site design:

I do not need the site designed...I need a simple login page that lets a user register and login to use the tool. I will be doing the design around the script that is designed.


Specific expertise that I am seeking:
You should have extensive experience in PHP Programming, and I must be given the full source code. You must also be available to make updates at a fair rate for the future.

Timeframe for delivery:
I need to have this up and running within 2 weeks.
