Description

DO NOT BID UNTIL YOU HAVE READ THE OUTLINE AND GONE THROUGH MOCK-UP.

I only use GAF escrow as payment.


I have created a mock-up. If you hover over some of the links and "?" (Question marks) message will come up explaining parts of the site.

I have also attached an outline. I am wanting this to be done template based so that I can design it myself. I'm am familiar with phpBB templates so if it can work similar that would be best. So you don't need to be good at design just the back-end. I'm not in a hurry to get this finished, I just want it done right and bug free.

I have done a lot of work to make this as easy as possible on the programmer, but if you feel that this project is worth more than $750 please send a pm explaining what you can can offer.
