Description

Looking for freelancer to:

1. Install Typo3 on server
2. Create Typo3 template from Existing PSD File (2 pages, one index plus the rest off one template)

I'm designing a simple site for a Community in the Czech Republic. All it needs is a couple of static pages and one dynamic news section on the index. An administrator with no knowledge of database design, just with short training of Typo3 (which i will provide) should be able to update the site.
