Heya,


I require a script made up like what is used on http://www.tube-surfer.net.

I need the script to work in the same fashion that that site does using Iframes or whatever they are lol so the user doesnt actually see the page load (like the site).

I want it so the script stores the video views data so when someone enters that URL it remembers how many views were made last.

I want a backend admin thingo made up so I can set the ratio of views. Like (Example) so I can set it up so every 3 views sumone makes they get 2 views on their video.

On this admin panel I want to be able to specify a list of youtube urls where the extra views from the ratio thing will be syphoned randomly. This can just be in textbox format and the views go randomly to them.

I also want to be able to add urls and specify how many hits to it. These would be individual and have to go 'inactive' once the amount of hits has been achieved.

For the basic site I require you to use a simple html or similar template system so the whole site can be edited without scripting knowledge (incase I wanna sell it :D)

If it is not in this price range please post how much you believe it would cost for you to do this.
