Hello

I am looking for a clone of getafreelancer with all exact features.
I would need a 100% features of getafreelancer. There are tons of such scripts out there, and there are tons of such projects already done. I am looking for someone that has done such several times before, and can do it asap, make a design add text, and woilahh. Ready!

In addition to the getafreelancer scripts, you will be make some mods / addons which do not come with getafreelancer script

[1] The job-posting add-on, as found on Scriptlance.
[2] The modified project display script to display the 10/15/20 latest projects on the side-bar.

YOU can make a clean and prof layout, design like http://www.bidstart.com or getafreelancer, but our own design.

You must integrate it in the script, install the script + payment gateway for paypal and 2CO + forum system and basic content for all the pages.

Site will be about "homeowners positing their projects for home repair, renovation, construction, like new floor in the livingroom, new kitchen, renovate the bathroom, help with a hut, painting. Anything that can be related to projects for home improvment's.
Home owner will be looking for cheaper labour from other countries to bid on their projects.

The site will be a complete getafreelancer clone with all the required features, but design and text will be for home constructions.
Catrgories (Job type) you can suggest, and we will fill inn.

Make 100% sure of,with Job Type, you also add Country and City of work, when the projects are posted. These should also show up in the projects under JOBTYPE's.

Communication via MSN/ Google Talk and I'll expect daily short reports about the work progress. Since this is no Rocket Science
project, and sites like this has been done xxxxxxx amount of times even here on GAF, i would expect and hope to find one that has a suggestion for the best php GAF script, and that can implement a good design with text and make it go online asap.

NOTE: If project is not completed by deadline $25 dollars will be deducted for each additional day late. Also, after 7 additional days. Contract with programmer will be canceled, and a Feedback with a correct review about your abilities will be posted! Do not bid, if you cant. No excuses of any kind! Simply not interested in them.

Need a very easy,nice and neat admin fronted to manage this script.
Do not want to see a cluster of links inside admin panel.
User panel should bee neat and nice for Homeowner and Freelance builder.

Payment:
Once your done. Like all normal work.

Domain and hosting is ready.

Script used: We could need a script that can be updated, but thats not a must, still it will be nice to suggest to us what will be best.

Added information.

1. Divide projects after continents (countries)
as you wont see to much of people from Asia going to North America to finish projects. We need to keep projects from one continent inside that continent.

2. project creator can post pictures of the home, kitchen, living, sleeping room, or whatever place they need help with.

With this i think its final additions.
