Description

Apply changes in css/javascript for http://www.flakenews.com website to be fully compliant with IE 6.0 and IE 7.0.
Currently there are some problems in IE 6.0 with background space between widget title and its content.
For IE 7.0 there is a problem with dissapearing border of widget onload action.
