Description
I need 10,000 sign-ups to a 100% free web site. It is a site about Las Vegas with over 400 pages. So it is a good looking site. It is very easy to sign up and their e-mail will only be used for our newsletter. The only thing is I want 2000 of the 10,000 to be Las Vegas or Souther Cali Residents.
