Description

Exisiting site needs to have one new page - header, footer and ALL of the design is complete - just need an external link content/results to appear within the current "template" and change NONE of the design or layout of the site. External link is to a real estate like site that is paid for and legitimate for the site.
Again just have the external link load into the content area of the existing site.

The site uses a javascript scroll function that needs to be tweaked - it works but only scrolls 100 pixels with the buttons - mouse scroll works but can be jumpy - not smooth - this is one script for the site so this script tweak needs to be global but only affect the scroll, no color changes or any other change to any of the site.

All site files and code can be downloaded if you need it - Need this work completed VERY quickly so do not bid if you can not do this immediately - should be VERY short work for a PHP and javascript professional.
