You will be required to clone the website listed above as far as its functionality and ease of use. You may use any generic template for the web pages as long as it is easy to implement a new design for each of them.
Its of the outpost importance that you adhere to the following terms in order to bid on this project:
1. Time prognostication must be respected and honored. It has been my experience that some developers overload themselves with work they can't do. Please treat this project with professionalism.
2. Payment will be provided once the project is complete. We have made the same payment arrangements with our past work due to headache caused by novice developers when using the escrow payment method.
3. Budget. Our budget for this particular project is $400.00 USD and we are unable to negotiate the price any further. Please note that should you accept this project and complete it according to our specifications we will include a performance bonus. Moreover, all further work to this project will be conducted by you with a fee negotiation.
