Description

FILMS21.COM, LLC is seeking a freelance Web Programmer to develop an innovative online platform for an untapped niche market (i.e. High School Football).

The secure platform will primarily be used for the upload and exchange of digital video among users (i.e. High School Football Coaches). I would like the Web Programmer to incorporate the following features into the website.

- A secure login feature for users.
- Ability for users to rapidly upload digital files (i.e. 30 minutes or 15-18 GB) from their (digital) video cameras directly onto the website via USB 2.0 or “firewire.” The digital files will be stored under that particular user’s profile – I wish to use the Amazon Web Service cloud server for storage of these and other files.
- Option for users to view the uploaded digital video file in a streaming video format.
- Ability for users to securely exchange those digital video files with other users.
- Provide those users that are in receipt of the exchanged film to view those files in a streaming video format as well as the ability to download and burn those files to disc.
- Users should also be able to communicate with one another via the website through a message posting feature.

The look of the website has already been completed by a Graphic Artist at “www.films21.com” through the use of DreamWeaver and CS Suite.

***Note that if this project is completed and functional by three weeks of the acceptance of the bid, the Web Programmer will receive a $250 bonus. ***
