We need your help in posting a small amount of ads on craigslist.

Details:

Volume and pay:
-25 ads per day x 1 city(Atlanta,GA)= 25 ads per day @ .12 cents x 30 days/month = $90 per month

Schedule:
-Ads must be posted at the beginning of the work day (7am-ish), lunch (noon-ish), and end of workday (7pm-ish) Eastern Standard Time.

Accounts:
You will need to create craigslist accounts with gmail accounts and provide user name and password information on all the gmail accounts you will use. ***(I WILL NO BE PROVIDING ANY ACCOUNTS!)***

Verification:
-The ads are for the services that our company offers, and properties we have for sale in Atlanta. The property postings will be a real estate template that we produce and most are not unique. ***You will probably need to make them unique in order for ghosting or flagging to not be a problem. No white text is to be used either. The ad must stick for at least 48 hours, go live and not be ghosted. If it is does not go live and stay live you will need to repost.

For the postings of the properties, they will be an html template that you will paste into the ad body.

Payment will be made for ads that stay up only. Payment will be sent via GAF ESCROW for the first month or two of service, then we may switch to your payment method.

Please submit a bid for a per MONTH based on 25 posts a day 30 days a month! I am not wanting to spend more than 12 cents per successful post starting out with possible pay increases once good work has been completed.

Keep in mind that for each successful sale I gain due to your hard work I will pay a $100 bonus on top of the monthly amount!!!!!!!

PLEASE READ: You *MUST* have experience on Craigslist, especially when it comes to ads not being visible in a category listing, switching IPs, Ad Posting, what to do about Ghost Ads, ad text modification, and knowing the tricks of the trade. I DO NOT want to hire somebody with no experience on craigslist. Please provide some proof of your craigslist-expertise, as I will require somebody long-term for more ads and more projects.
