Description

We need to activate a simple registration form on our website.
The form is built in HTML.

The registration details would need to be stored in a DB and the user once registered should receive an email – with a unique barcode number / or a unique number in an e-ticket format. They can then bring along this number on the day to get in for free.

If you can do this – please can you give us:
a) costs
b) time it will take to complete
c) how you operate in terms of payments
d) examples of activated and working live FORMS you have built on other commercial sites.
No examples = no work from us.
