Need a debugging on an joomla project.

the website is doktorcamiasi.com
1. On the front page no one can login
2. On the backend noone except admin doesnt login either
3. İletişim page looks to be missing.
4. The site on exploerer is really awful (design is not match with the firefox, the spots are in red) The blue column is not goes to the end of the page...

7. Anket (poll) doesnt working INVALID TOKEN is the problem
