Description

I'm not sure if it should be JAVA or not. I need a MS VISTA gadget that will show the value of the Philippine Peso vs the US dollar. It should also have fields to enter the currencies for conversions. Please see attached file for better description. Please do not bid on think project unless you know you can do the project. I don't need bids that say things like "I should be able to do that".
