Description

I need 30 inbound links in 30 days from pages with PageRank 2+ and higher for 5 different sites, in total 150 links.

Our target is Spain so its obvious we are only interested in seo's who can deliver backlinks from .es domains or Spanish language/content sites.

All links must be from Spanish webs and related to the thematic of each site that will be provided to the bid winner. Links to that site should be ONLY from sites dedicated to the same topic of each site. I will provide different URLs and anchor text to the winner of this project.

1. IMPORTANT: No more than 15 links per week to be added !!!!!!
2. 100% of websites should be in Spanish
3. No link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, web directories, Blogs or articles submission, strictly no FFA's, gambling, pharmacy, illegal, porn, violent, or hate-based, guestbook's, classifieds, dynamic links, spam sites, or generally black hat links.
4. All links must be indexed by robots, not blacklisted from Google.
5. Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses.
6. The linking page has to have no more than 30 outbound links.
7. All links must be static, plain, standard a href type links (no cgi etc...) and direct using provided anchor text
8. All links must be indexable by googlebot. no rel="nofollow", robots.txt blocking and the like
9. Link page must have a recent Google cache; no less then 30 days old.
10. No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable.
11. No sites using dynamically generated links, MouseOvers or other PageRank-hoarding tricks.
12. Non-reciprocal links only (no more than 20%).
13. Staggered deployment of the links to avoid any penalties (over 3 months)
14. Links should not be from framed pages or cloaked links.
15. Links should not be through a javascript.
16. Links should be through a redirect script.
17. Links should not be on Flash sites or pages.
18. All links should be free and not paid links.
19. All links shouldn't appear in a paid links slot such as: "sponsored" links, advertisers, links, ads or any other slot links that will show the search engines that it is a paid link.
20. All Links have to be on sites which are NOT penalized or banned by Google.
21. All links have to be new, links from websites that already link to my site will not be counted.
22. Page containing link must be listed in Google's Cache.
23. No use of Automated software (Zeus, Arelis or others)
24. Links must be permanent and remain active.
26. The anchor text (or title, description) will be different, and will have several options.

Everything must be ethically done please. Please provide some example of your abilities in this kind of job and 3-4 example future links for this Spanish webs.

Important:
You will provide an excel spreadsheet containing Link site exact URL (clickable hyperlink) , Site Name, Google Page Rank and IP address.
