Like the title says, I am looking to rent out high speed http proxy ip's. Would like hundreds of different ip addresses. I am not looking for public lists, but am looking for anyone who has access to many ip's and would like to rent them out.

hi, I could do a portscan for open proxies in dyndns ranges-i have a huge database of dyndns servers, where many proxies are available. All we have to do is, scan the dyndns names for the needed service. With this technique many proxies are found faster than, scanning whole ip-ranges. Thanks
