Description


I want a clone of hubpages.com with all of its functions. fully functioning!
the site will later on be translated to another language, other than english.
translation is out of scope of this project, it is only a design concern to take into account.
Only Serious bidders please!
See the site, and understand the idea please before bidding.
any bidder, that delivered a similar/same project, will be advantageous.
please give some of your reference sites, that you have cloned before.
and give a timeframe that you will complete the project on time.

note: PHP-mysql-linux selection is not a must. you may develop on another platform.please advise, otherwise.

Fully custom coded to a high standard capable of running on a high volume of traffic.
I must have full admin control of all hubs created by users.
Programmer must be availaible after the project is completed to do modifications and make sure everything is created to a high degree.
