Description: The application needs to be developed in Visual Basic in Visual Studio 2005.

Application Functions:
- Start up on computer boot up.
- Application should not detectable in Windows Task Manager in both Applications and Processes View.

I am a programmer myself but I just need those 2 functions to be coded. Nothing needs to be on the form. It just needs to be "hidden" from users. I will not pay more than $30 for this project - job will go to person with lowest bid and one who is able to complete the job. Please only bid if you are serious.
