Description

I would like a program that will allow a user to change certain fields in the quickbooks customer table based upon fields in the customer table. For instance if there are 10 customers in the quickbooks customer table and 3 of those customers live in new york. I might want all the customers in new york to have a custom field updated to "Go Yankees". I might want all customers that live in Boston to have a that same field updated to "Go Red Sox".

In addition I want the ability to create the same invoice for all customers that have a certain custom field set. If my custom field is named billtype I might want to create invoices for all customers that have a bill type of "billquarterly". The program should allow the user to create the individual line items for the invoice and should handle creating the item in the item list if it is not created already.
