Description:	Let me start off by giving my background and the reason for this post. I am a SAGE III/IV level system administrator with certificates RHCE, LPCI I,II,III and many Brain Bench certificates. Have been a system administrator for the last 16+ years. So in essence I know all that is in the profession to the minute details. Meaning to say, I know what work requires how much time and how it needs to be done. Now you may ask, why then have I posted this job? I have started a complete system support company and within 1 year the work load for me and my already employed 6 system administrator is above reach. So need to fill in with atleast 5 more sys admins. Criteria for selection: ----------------------- 1. MUST be honest and complete job on time. 2. MUST have expertise and experience in LINUX/UNIX. I do have some windows work, but I care a damn about Windows. 3. MUST be dedicated to the work. What I mean by this is, that when I ask for a work, the person should give me a reasonable time to execute it (remember, I am one of the best sys admin, so know how much time is required) and complete it. 4. Must have 3 reference to site. (references are not reviews.. you might not have any reviews, but might have worked at 3 different places.. the people there are the references) 5. NOW READ THIS .. AS THIS IS IMP.. I am not going to read any bids that has a single liner .. saying "I can help you", "Right here to start..." and such stupid statements, I dont have time. SO your bid must have the following clearly mentioned: a) Your core Expertise and skill sets b) Years of Experience in Sys Admins c) Employment history d) Certificates and Educational Background e) A small write up to show your interest and what all you can promise. f) Also a small paragraph explaining why the amount you bid is the right amount for you. Remember, if you are good, I can pay you $10000 per month. Also if you are a group of people (rather than a individual).. you all can be selected.. but you need to tell me the above of each person from your group. For you guys, you must attach your CVs For individuals, if you have a CV please attach it. Else the above write-up will suffice. REMEMBER THIS IS NOT A PART TIME JOB OR ONE TIME WORK. THIS IS A FULL TIME ADMIN JOB. MEANING a dedicated 10 hours job + you must be available for any emergency at any time. How is all gonna work: --------------------- So ones I finalize the list and select 5 from you (if I get that many).. you will be given login to a collaboration suite , which has a ticketing system. I will submit work to be done as tickets with a time frame(which will be discussed with you) and then you start of and complete the job. I pay you, your salary fortnightly (half of what you bid). So if you bid $3000, then you get $1500 on the 15th of the month and $1500 on the end of the month. Please bid with a amount that will cover up for your costs. I went through the provider and see a few of you are doing very well.. so you guys bid a amount that covers for the cost, since 10 hr compulsorily will be dedicated for my work.
