Description

Gaming community forum with portal set up wanted. The site currently exists as a phpBB2 forum but is growing and I wish to have the design, layout and content exactly as I want it.

I require someone to set up my forum including a custom theme and advising any FTP and hosting solutions needed.

I would like to have a lot of creative control over the graphics side of the project so design skills for the chosen coder are irrelevant but being able to make the forum look and work as I want it is top priority. Since I have very limited experience in designing for web I will need you to advise on format and sizes of elements such as backgrounds and buttons. I will be working alongside you providing images or placeholders as you go along.

Please see the attached for a (very) rough idea of the portal layout I am looking for, navigation is on the left going down. The forum will be more of a standard layout but I will want to customize colours and icons.
