Description

We would like to hire a developer to create an affiliate incentive/cash back website. The site will need to have the following features.

Front end should resemble adbux(dot)org.

The member's area will list all of the available offers. When a member completes an offer, it will be moved from the available offers to completed offers section and the member will be credited for the offer.

From the admin panel we should be able to add offers from various incentive websites like instantdollarz, cpastorm, etc. We will determine the payout for each offer, and the member will receive that amount when they complete the offer. We will also need a way to confirm that the offer was successfully completed and credited in our affiliate account.

Finally, there will need to be a payment gateway that allows us to automatically disburse funds through Paypal. We will have a $50 payment threshold, and when the member reaches this amount, we should be able to transfer funds manually through the admin panel.
