Description

I created a one page site template in Photoshop but I'm no designer so I'd like you to polish it up. You can tinker with the color schemes or rearrange elements as long as all the existing elements are included.

2 requirements:
I'd like the nav bar to be updated to look more professional (perhaps like www.highrankings.com).

I'd like to keep the same amount of text in the body for SEO purposes.

Other than that, it's up to you. My budget for this project is about $30 but it's easy and I'll have much larger projects in the future if we work well together.
