Description

Existing OsCommerce website requires an "Notify Me" function where customers can select items from catalog that are currently not in stock and leave their name and address in a web form to be notified (manually) that the item is available.

The name and address capture can be simply emailed to the site administrator or put into the database but will require a simple extraction report.

The system does not need to automatically notify people of item availability at this stage.

Files and further instructions will be supplied to successful bidder.
