Ha ha ha ... I think this is the first time anyone takes the stand like this in a project description. However ... you know how they say ... the market makes the price. It all comes down to the demand/offer and the price/quality balance.I doubt that anybody biding 10$ would be able to deliver some quality product and it's all depending on the buyer after all. Usually I don't buy something if it's very cheap, it's a matter of principles. I feel that something is wrong if the offer sounds "too good to be light" -> Pepsi Commercial :) Ok let's get down to business : My name is Mario, I live in Romania and I have been building web applications and websites for about 5 years now. I am an expert working with Flash, Paint Shop Pro, Adobe Photoshop for images and animations and Sony Sound Forge for sound loops, effects, mixes etc. as I love using sound in my web projects ( as you will probably notice from my portfolio ). I am experienced in creating logos, banners, intros, headers and full websites, Company Presentation CDs and Interactive DVDs . However I am also an expert in Video/Audio Authoring, Producing, Editing field and Digital Photography. I would estimate $150 would be a fair price for a logo design. Hello! I subscribe! I never take under 60-70$ In the beginning my cheapest projects were $30 not less. Their accounts must be deleted by admin when they ask logo for $5. what a shame!

I completely agree with you. Im new here and have not yet done a job, maybe thats because im not willing to work for peanuts. I from south africa and $10 is alot of money but for something like a logo design its unreasonable. I find it upseting that im competing with people who dont even bother reading the projects they bidding on.

1 project of $150 is better than 5 projects of $30. Most of the guys only work on cheap prices to get more and more feedbacks. SUCKS!!!

I totally agree. These kinds of bids and to think people are actually bidding for such a price puts the design and pricing standards to shame. All designers must agree to have a minimum pricing per set of works - that's designer's ethics. Otherwise, we're all just contributing to the downfall of this industry. --to those accepting such low cost budget- have some self respect dude!

Hey! I like your initiative! I'm f*ng tired of the ridiculous budgets: 10, 20, 30, even 50. It's degrading for the real professionals! And more ridiculous the pretentious buyers who wants a logo for some "high class company" for $20 and demands mockups. Are you kidding?? It's f*ng unbelieveable.
