Description

The task is simple:

To "Search Engine Optimize" this website www.addatech.se, I am not talking about Google Adwords just SEO.

I have done the first simple steps:
1)
<meta name="description" content="describe site"/>
<meta name="keywords" content="add keywords"/>

2) I also added the website too google and indexed it.

But NOW I want the page to come up on first page in Sweden territory for the following search words:
"oscilloskop, multimeter, generator, digitalt oscilloskop, pc oscilloskop, usb oscilloskop, funktionsgenerator, funktion generator, oscilloscope, function generator, digital multimeter, digital function generator"

I want someone to exaplin it too me and SEO optimize my site for a very low fee.
