I have an easy work need it done but because lack of time I can not do it now..need a fast good coder

I need to make the following customization to PMD
1) Include 2 new fields in products page and 2 new fields listing page
2) I need product search functionality directly from frontpage. The display
of the product searched should be in form of images (Thumbnails of images)
as per search keywords. The search should search keywords in 'product
title', 'product desc' and 'custom field'.
Also once user clicks on a thumbnail a seperate product page is displayed
which should have a link to the listing on the right.
3) Remove Location field.
4) In search box only options should be search by 'product' or 'city'. The
product search should search from 'product title', 'product desc.' and one
new field called 'product keywords'.
to clarify few things before we start.

. The user registration/new listing can also be done from admin
control panel. So the changes in the user registration/listing (e.g. new
field for product keywords) should also reflect in admin control panel?
