Description

We are interested in integrating an online payment page into our website. Due to the nature of the business it needs to take several things into consideration, because there are various elements.

Currently we invoice at the end of the month for all hours tutored.
We have a separate page for Registration, where student/parent info is collected

We offer some packages that require pre-payment
We sell study notes through a little shopping cart set up via paypal (which can keep running the way it is if needed)
We want to:

Have a page where students enter their invoice number and pay their amount (some examples below)
The same page as above, also gives people the pre-paid packages and goes to checkout.
IDEALLY we would like to collect credit card info upon registration and set it for pre-authorization of payment. To avoid people scamming us.
However this portion of info can not be stored on our site, it needs to be stored in a safe site.
Keep it as simple as possible for clients, no need to sign up, log in to anything etc.
Keep it running through paypal, it is affordable and easy to use
Avoid those pricy shopping cart/credit card websites with monthly fees etc. (unless the fees are SUPER reasonable)
#3 is the ideal choice if at all possible. However we might have to give people the option of automatic payment or post month invoicing with manual payment. Or anyway to keep the credit card info stored, JUST IN CASE they scam us, but allow them to manually pay every month.



Please let us know what you can provide us. Which of the above you can do. How you see it working best. If we can have all of the above or just part of the above. If we need to run the payment page parallel to the registration page, or can incorporate them. Plus have another payment page to carry the invoice payment, pre paid packages etc.
