I run Vshare software which is basically a Youtube type script. Now what I want is a few modifications to my script. This is what I want:

I need a modification that will allow users to upload videos and everytime someone else (not that user so preferably an IP check?) watches the video the user who posted the video gets paid an amount set in admin panel. The user can have an account manager type section where they can see how much they have in their account. They will be paid in a virtual currency but have the choice to convert it into paypal money at the rate we set in admin panel.

This modification will constantly be extended (shop, withdraw to bank, account upgrades.. etc etc etc) so you will be guaranteed more work after this project. Full copyright to me. Hopefully not too dear as we are on a small budget but all other projects after this will be better paid.

Must have knowledge of Vshare script (www.buyscripts.in) must produce modification on none live site before applying to our live site.
