I'm looking for either a new logo or revised version of my existing company's logo.
So I’m now looking for a good logo, which meets my standards as set out in my logo philosophy-, which I will share with short listed candidates. Here’s what you need to do to get short-listed:
1. Send me your portfolio link (please don't send me tons of links, I’m sure you too would hate to navigate through a 100 links to find something)
2. Send me your lowest bid. I'm in a rush and will just simply reject anything that is disinteresting and too high. I'm hoping I can get the job done between $20 and $50. (I did earlier)

once short-listed, I’ll show you my philosophy and ask you for a draft or two. DON'T BOTHER BIDDING IF YOU DON'T FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH THIS CONDITION. If they are good, i will negotiate price with you where i feel it is necessary. I would ideally like to pay through paypal or something so if you are ok with that, plus points to you.

so if you get the price+quality right, there may be more business for you. i will negotiate in PMB, AFTER the logo is finished.
